Fail to Plan: Why Preparation Shapes Better Relationships
The “Fail to Plan” statement is a universal truism. From all over our beautiful world we have all heard stories of painful situations that could or would have been averted by just a little bit of thought and planning.
Regardless of your age, every one of us will make mistakes, from time to time. Only God is
perfect. We all strive to learn from our mistakes and part of this learning is to use a critical eye to unearth the possibility of making a mistake in the future by learning from the past.
We live. We learn. That is the essence of life.
This is why the following statement is so important:
“If I have seen further than others, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants” Sir Isaac Newton
‘Koala-fied’ has researched mistakes from the past in order to create a better dating future, by not repeating the mistakes of the past.
Seriously pursuing a potential long-term relationship without knowing the other person’s
standards, and expectations is very much like hiring a person before checking their
qualifications to perform the job.
No truly serious businessperson would do that to their business. Investigating job resume’s, past work history, and personal recommendations, driving history and the like are all necessary investigations to give a prospective employer the information to make a great hiring decision on.
Therefore, ask yourself this question “Why” would someone do this to their personal life if there was an alternative?
