A Personal Message: Why Koala-fied Was Created

A very personal note to you, as I work here in the early hours of the morning.

Koala-fied has become necessary as our society and the laws that govern it have changed, and not for the better.

Personally, I have had the misfortune of seeing, firsthand, that what I have just said is very true.

It became extremely obvious to me, that when a relationship fails the Courts and lawyers also seem to be there to add an extra dimension to the unhappy experience, simply because there was never a foundational agreement between the two people in the first place.

The old saying is that “I may not plan to fail, but I did fail to plan”.

The Pre Introduction Agreement and the Articles that are included in this application are my best attempt to counteract as much unhappiness as humanly possible.

Not everyone will sign up to be a Member as there are some people who would “definitely” not want to be restricted by the standards that have been created here.

And that is the real point of the Koala-fied dating site.

The point here is, filter out those of ulterior motive looking for personal gain rather than finding someone to love and cherish for their lifetime.

In short, if you have taken your valuable time to read this, thus far, I am telling you that the process that you are about to enter is going to take a little time to comprehend and complete.

There will also be the expense to having the Membership application witnessed. The reason for and purpose of having the application legally witnessed is that this witness will have to confirm that the Prospective Member fully understands the scope of the agreement that they are entering into, no different than if you were getting into any other type of business partnership.

This Membership is not for everybody. We are not expecting Koala-fied to have the largest membership numbers of any dating site. Koala-fied is purposely designed to filter out a large number of the unsuitable to protect the rights of every Member, as much as humanly possible.

It is my fondest hope that Koala-fied will be able to bring together people of honesty and integrity, and that they may live a life of happiness.

Remember, nothing worthwhile is ever easy.
