Key Terms That Define the PIA

The Koala-fied Pre-Introduction Agreement (PIA) membership application is designed to create a level playing field for all potential members and legally documents that members have agreed in advance to matters such as having a pre-nuptial agreement legally signed “before” cohabitation, whether by marriage or a common-law relationship. The following is a partial list of the terms of our agreement, which we call the Pre-Introduction Agreement (PIA) for short:

1. Personal banking

2. Who is responsible for birth control

3. Children of previous relationships

4. Paternity tests and paternity fraud

5. Previously owned property

6. Gifts in support of the loving relationship

Only those who agree to the terms will become Koala-fied and become eligible for membership.
